Just thought i would check in a see how everyone is going.

As for me things are going great, finally on top of my PCOS and started a new medication to lower my insulin resistance. Since starting this 2 weeks ago i have already lost 5 kg without adjusting my diet. Feeling so much better about myself and feeling more healthy every day.

Hope everybody is doing well..Im going to be looking at everybodys progress...its been a while but i can catch up. :D

Hey well done on the 5 kilo loss. I've read that the medication for insulin resistance can help you lose weight. I've read up on PCOS and I have quite a few of the symptoms but I think you have to have a blood test to check for it... that means needles right?

You sound happy in your post. Good to hear you're doing so well.
