Couple of bad days. On the weekend several things happened and I was pretty stressed and didnt follow for about 3 meals. I think weigh in this week will be waste of time but Im back on track this morning and have followed the diet today. I guess Im getting better as other times I start diet and when I fall down I walk away but Im going to say okay this week maybe no loss but I'll try to get back on track.

Need to not let stress get to me and need to get better prepared with meals.

Need to start exercising now as I should be over 1st rough patch on the diet.

Need to promise to try harder.

Still on track! I did 45min walk yesterday and today and I've stuck to the diet. Got to keep going.

Just wanted to wish you well on your weight loss endeavor. You sound like you've gotten back on track. I've also got a big chunk of weight to lose *cough50kgcough* so I know how daunting it can be.

It's gonna be a long road to travel, but with people like you to talk to there will be some great music to play along the way!

That's the good way to think about it - even though you might not manage to loose anything this week, the fact that you're trying means you'll already be on the horse next week. Keep at it!!!

Went to weigh in and I have lost 1.1kg this week. I thought for sure I wouldnt lose this week so thats good inspiration to stay on track.
