Jules weigh to go

Postby hushpuppy » Tue Oct 09, 2007 1:04 pm

Ok new start new time

As most of u have read my weight loss journey sure has been up and down to say the least . Before kids which was 12 years ago i was a size 12/14 . In mty teens was a size 10. After a broken relationship and birth os my daughter now 11 i became a size 16 . 1 Very bad relationship and a sone later who is 4 i am now at my heaviest ever at 107 kgs and a size 20 .This forum is a great place to let out the stress and talk to others who are on that same journey .

My goal is to et down to a size 12 or 70 kgs . Which means i have about 37 kgs to lose

I am throwing around options of joing WW online or at home or doing Kate Morgan Diet shakes but am leaning more toward WW as my will power sucks .

After uni finishes this year i will be kicking it intp high gear and striving for my goals
I am also looking at only doin a few classes by correspondance next year so i can really focus on getting the weight down

Wish me luck

Hey Jules,
Good luck with your progress. Im curious though.. You said you found it hard going with the meal replacement. How did you find it hard? Was it the lack of actual food or what? I love the sound of losing 7kgs on it but scared about how hard it is to do.

hey jules - just wanted to say the name of your thread made me giggle - I love word play.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Thanks guys
Karin with the meal replacement it was hard . I got headaches all the time (prob coke withdrawal ) and having to drink 3 L of water .. i hate water lol they were the most hardest . The lack of food wasnt a prob . I was thinking the other day i had a mindset then of all or nothing if i blew it well i would eat more thinking that i couldnt go back . Slowly i have tried to change that . I keep losing then sabotaging and putting on its something i have to break to move forward

On the Food note at the moment i can barely swallow i still have throat probs . 3 lots of antibiotics later i have to get a swab test of my mouth back from doc on friday to work out whats going on . Cooked dinner for the kids last night and it took so much energy i felt like i had gone 7 rounds with fenech lol .
Hopefully i will get this worked out soon and continue on the downward weigh slide
