Hi guys . Well after three days of food im am now heading back on track . No more sweets or alcohol for me ( just a few new years ) . I wont weigh in until after new years so fingers crossed . Xmas was def a family affair with the whole works (turkey, chicken, ham, pork, roast vegs pudding and pav ) i was soooooooo bloated lol . Boxing day a bit more realxed and took the kids to the speedway . We havnt been for 2.5 years after my break up as i didnt want to run into the x . I must say it was great to go back .
Present wise was great i got lots og bath stuff and gots my cook book 4 Ingredients which is great as my cooking skills suck lol and the recipes are mostly healthy . Hope u all had a wonderful and safe xmas

Oh Jules you did so well to say no. That's very incosiderate of your family :( But you've got the right idea - take it out on the bike!!!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Well done to you for turning down the pancakes and cake!

I think its hard to get proper support from family and friends because they don't always understand that we're serious.

Good for you for working extra hard on the bike, i'm sure it will pay off on your NY weigh in :D
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Thats Kate baby i will be in touch with u soon as msn is not working on my puter gggggggrrrrrrrrrrr

On the weightloss side i gained 1.5 kgs over the last three weeks from xma to now . Its ok i bit of a backward step but i get all my shakes again tomorrow so it will be bum up head down to make that step to under 100.kg and into double figures

I might not be around much this week as mum is moving this week so its beddlam as she is moving here till she can find a decent unit . At least i will be exercising with all the carrying of boxes and furniture

Hey Jules!
Sorry to hear about the gain, damn silly season! You'll get that weight off quick enough though, especially with the packing you'll be doing!
Hope all is well :)
