Hey Jules, sorry I'm a bit late but I just wanted to throw in my congratulations too on getting down to double digits. Well done! I'm sure you will reach your goal by the end of the year.

Ok not so good week this week . Gain of 700 grams . Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh . I will have to move butt to make sure i stay below in those double digits . Havent exercised much either i am really slack at the moment and need a kicking . Thank crikey TBL starts sunday might just give me the motivation i need to move doown

sorry to hear about the gain jules. staying in double digits has to be a great motivator.

i'm with you on tbl - it makes me get off my butt and i do things like weights or jump on the exercise bike while i watch it. i'll take any motivation i can get :lol:

remember - this is the year of slim jules :D

I know how depressing it is to gain. I gained weight this month too. Hopefully TBL will get us back on track!

I gained 500g this past week and am now not in the 70s :( but its only a lil gain right? and the same with you. We can beat this :) we can get back to where we were and even further this time :) I know we can. I have also been unmotivated exercise wise but I am starting up again come Monday :)

Just think of those double digits. Do you measure?

I find that just weighing is useless for me unless I measure too because the more I gain the less motivated I am. Watching the cms go down when i have a small gain is just that little glimmer of hope I need to keep me moving.

Hi guys . It has been over a month since i have put any words down in here . Slack i know . I have def lost my mojo at the moment ... house has been is dissaray of late with all coming down with tummy bugs one after another , uni starting and getting back into the swing of things . Weight loss and exercise have fell way down on the list of theings to do . Hopefully this month i can change it ... On the plus side i have met a lovely bloke and things are going well ... now theres a plus . Graeme is loving school he is now my big boy and no longer a baby .... Will try to log in progress at least once a week . Have read up on some of the forum looks like you are all doing great

Hey guys im back lol again . Boy has it been busy and the weather in tassie suxs lol
Well i have started a new program ( again ) lol . The shakes just are not my thing . I missed my food to much :roll: . Anyways after hear a friend who is on the massattack program i decided to go with it .I truly believe that the natural way will suit me best . My friends has lost 15 kgs in 20 weeks and is wrapped . i am weighing in tomorrow and will go from there . I have my food list green, orenge and red and am just waiting to get my nuitients sometime this week . I will post weigh ins every two weeks
