hehe nah not nother one for a couple of yrs, If i fell preg now next yr id have a 4yr old, a 3yr old, a 1yr old and a new born omg id go crazy  I went to try ladybirds shape and omg the smell made me and hubby sick that i couldnt even drink it to see how it tasted. Alot of people like it but not me no way, i brought sculpt in the vanilla yesterday and added it today to my porridge omg its yummy. Id u like vanilla milkshake with malt then u'd love it. Its alot cheaper than others as well. On ebay there a seller who sells then as a 2 pk so thats where ill go next time. I brought mine from curves hehe i went there to check it out knowing that thats the only place around here that sells it grrr. What are u looking at taking it for? As that will help decide what u should get.
cheers,deb

yep alot of people add the podwer to yoghurt if u'd like something different but if your gonna get any shake make sure u have a shaker or blender and i put mine in the fridge for a couple of mins after mixing it so its nice and cold too. U can take it as a snack or after a work-out.
