Hey Deb - hang in there hon. It's easy to get fatigued by the whole weightloss thing. Like Mandie says - get out there and so some exercise, even a stroll around the block... it will get better and it will get easier :)
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Starting from tonight, you will lose weight there is no looking back, if you feel like eating somthing that you shoudn't stop. think twice before you go & eat it. If you find your inspiration from BL then think what would bob think right now if I were to eat eg: chocolate bar lol, you can do it think positive & you will succeed.

As from the Musashi SIM protein blend fat metabolising formula i was going really well until I hit a brick wall & found out that I was pregnant I lost about 4Kg in a short time of changing. I found that it worked alot better & lost more weight with the Musashi shake than what I did on sculpt. I still have it for breaky now because I find that drinking a shake is better than eating ceral I cant eat braky ceral there is nothing that I like, I find that drinking the shakes is better than skipping breaky all together & aslo if your in a rush you can take it in the car & drink it while your driving.

Good luck with getting back on track & I look forward to seeing your results next week.
