Work was flat out yesterday. Got home and had to cook dinner and then went for a 20 min walk with Andrew.
Woke this morning at 8am on my day off and couldn't go back to sleep coz i couldn't stop coughing.
Went and met my sister at the shops and had a browse. Found a pair of yoga trackies for $6 from $40 so pretty happy about that :D
Also got a 2pk of weight watchers passion fruit cheesecakes. They aren't too bad but not quite the same as the real stuff lol.
Am still not feeling the greatest but i'll try and drag myself out for a walk later on.
Oh and this morning i managed to knock my glasses flying across the bathroom floor and scratched one of my new lenses! wasn't happy. Now i have to get some of the scratch fixy things..
Hope everyone is having a better day than i seem to be having lol.

ouch pressing bruises hurts! lol
Ok well i weighed in and i was 93.6. I guess its not to bad considering i haven't really been trying the last few weeks to do much. Just a couple walks here and there. I think my weekends are the worst i always let myself give in.
This weekend coming i think i will make a pledge. No junk food!
I will also try and get into this for real. If anyone wants to kick me up the bum feel free :D

Thanks kate.
I just tried on my size 18 target jeans i brought in may for my engagement party that i didnt end up wearing coz they felt to tight
BUt i cant do them up with no muffin top now butthey still feel a lil bit to tight around the tum to wear comfortably. So by the 1st of december they will fit and i will wear them to my cousins engagement party! :D

Thanks guys.
Had a busyish weekend. Had to work saturday and had a fneral to go to yesterday for my half brother. They ended up bringing his ashes down from Perth and had a proper funeral. Wasnt to bad for a funeral.
My nephew is out of hospital now. He had to have an operation but hopefully they have fixed him up now.
I have to work this afternoon and have tomorrow off yay!
Oh also our washing machine is broked grrr! But someone is coming out to fix it for us today.
I did 5km on the exercise bike, 24 push ups and 24 crunches.
Not sure if i did them all properly tho but gave it a go. Will head out for a walk tomorrow morning.
I pledge that i will get up early and go for a walk tomorrow morning!
I hope! :)

Oh i also forgot to say. I saw my nanna yesterday and she said i looked like i have lost weight. Its nice to get a comment like that even if i don't think i have. It might have just been because i was wearing tighter black pants and a more clingy black shirt. I don't usually wear tighter clothes. I like to hide myself in clothes that are baggy on me.

Hey Tanya, what a busy weekend & start of the week you have had & also a sad one aswell. That's good that somone can come & fix your washing machine, my lawn mower broke the other week the pull cord to start the bloody thing broke & we recieved a phone call the other week saying that they had there machinic walk out on the & need to find a re-placement so it could be 3 weeks plus before we get it back, my front yard is alright but the back is starting to growing bigger & bigger by the day & I might have to pay somone to mow the darn thing for us. Some bit's is bigger than the dog. Goodluck with walking tomorrow is it raining where you live??

Washing machine got fixed yesterday. Cost $50. not too bad but i wont be happy if it doesnt last long before it breaks again!
Had a busy night at work. Chickens just kept walking out the door lol.
Compliments are good hey kate. Makesyou want to try harder :)
Chelle Hope your lawn mower doesnt take too long to get fixed. ours broke not long ago and we had to pay about $80 to get it fixed.
Its been raining a bit off and on the last week but today looks like its going to be a really nice day :D
Andrew made me get up at 7am this morning with him.
We walked around the block twice. Took about 15 mins maybe bit longer. He ran the second time but i want to wait until im a bit fitter before i try and run again lol
Then came in and did 100 skips out the back
20 push ups
20 sit ups
and 10 leg up thisngs lol. (dont know what there called!)
Then he finally let me stop. i was buggered!

Hope everyone has a good day today :D
