help curves is great , you can go and workout whenever you want , no class times, you just jump into the circuit in an empty spot and go for it changing stations every 30 secs. it is resistive training so no heavy lifting. the instructors are great and its fun to workout to music and be among ladies who are there for the same thing..

i highly recommend it, you can go every day or as little as you want and its 50 dollars a month 8)

OH!! :shock: I was paying $60 a month at mine. Curves is awesome, but if you lose classes its not really the way to go.
