so new ticker... getting ready for christmas!! would love to be somewhere near the 80's on christmas day.
christmas presents to remind me christmas is just around the corner and watermelon to remind me to eat healthy to be healthy!
so, what do i need to work on to get there?

snacks!!!! not eating so many!!
exercise. need to include some vigirous exercise into my week.
so i will think before i eat, drink some water and wait half an hour and see if i really am hungry
exersie 5 days a week and work up a sweat!!
