Excellent to hear!!! Very wel done indeed! And I always find a night is more enjoyable if you don't feel all full and bloated anyway!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

THIS MORNING I WEIGH LESS THAN 110KG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never again will I estimate my weight at 120kg. Not even 115kg! IT'S 110KG ALL THE WAYYY!!!!!!!

omg double figures... I'm not sure I can even think about that yet... whoa... doesn't seem like something that would EVER happen... but I'm gonna make it happen!

:) Tonight there was still left over cheesecake at dinner, and a pile of whipped cream, which I am a sucker for, and whipped cream. :D I didn't eat dessert! And then I watched the election debate with my friends, and they got cups of lollies from the canteen, and kept offering me some, and I didn't have any!

I'll have to come look at this post other days. Cos hey - if I can say no to all that, on a Sunday night when I went for a really hot bike ride during the day and I an PMSing, then I can say no to it any time!!!

well done on resisting all that crappy food!! You are right - If you can resist the foods that you really love especially when you are pms'ing then you are doing a wonderful job!! You are building up a strong resolve there that is going to see you at your goal!! :D
