Mm... Joaquin Phoenix is a hardcore vegan, he wont wear leather or anything.

I would LOVE to be vegan, to support the protection of animals, but its basically impossible for me because of my allergies. so I help out in other ways, and I really only eat fish, I wont touch beef or pork or duck or anything.

Mads, you should check out organic grocers, they're so awesome! Its a little more expensive, but its way better quality and they have really interesting fruits.

Just got back from work, a cute guy stuck his head out his car window as I was walking home and yelled "hey, gorgeous". I'm getting that a bit lately, maybe I'm getting cuter by not eating meat and dairy LOL I feel 17 again :-D

Breakfast-- bowl of seedless green grapes, 5 cherries, 1/2 an orange

Morning tea/Lunch-- 4 tobiko handrolls with wasabi, no soy sauce(I've decided sushi handrolls are just like a plate of rice with seaweed and filling, so I'm not going to stress), bottle of guava/banana juice

Gorgeous day here, I have declared it micro-mini weather ;)

Bad things I ate yesterday:

- About 20 skittles
- A slice of garlic focaccia bread (there were 5 boxes of pizza at the boy's place, so I guess it could have been worse)
- Can of pepsi max (no kjs but I was trying to detox)

I think I have a cold :(

Morning tea-- (haven't had it yet but will), small bowl of pasta, small amount of sauce, no cheese


Going out to lunch with a friend I haven't seen for a while, should be nice :-)

Didn't end up having the pasta... was too full.

Lunch-- 1 tobiko sushi roll, 1/2 a strawberry bubble cup with pearls

Dessert-- banana, water

NEW GOAL-- 53kgs by start of Semester 1, 2008 (End of February)

Off to a full day of workies- urgh so early for a Saturday :?

Breakfast-- 2 slices of raisin toast with margarine, latte glass of grape juice, mug of water

Going to take 3 breaks instead of one big one so that I can eat 3 small meals, I think I'll have:

- Break 1 11:00am- small gloria jeans skinny soy chai latte

- Break 2 1:00pm- 2 tobiko rolls no toppings, 1/2 bottle of iced tea

- Break 3 3:00pm- other half of bottle of iced tea

Going back to just fish, no other meat. Haven't felt 100% since going completely vegetarian.

10:30am Breakfast with a friend-- small mixed sashmi pack (raw salmon, tuna and some other white fish) with wasabi and soy sauce, regular skinny soy chai latte

2:00pm Lunch-- bottle of mt franklin water, 2 salmon handrolls & 1 salmon handroll

8:30pm: Dinner- Plate of stir fried vegies and rice

Went out to dinner last night with some friends for chinese. Not healthy, but yum :-)

13 December, 2007

Breakfast-- light and tasty cereal with physical low fat milk, glass of apricot nectar

Workies was crazy busy today :?

Late Lunch-- small mixed sashmi pack, 1 tobiko handroll, mango iced tea

6pm Snack-- Olives, 1 tablespoon lite sour cream, 2 tablespoons medium salsa, piece of brie cheese mixed up in a bowl (mini binge :oops: )

Dinner-- plate of rice, prawns and fried noodles, glass of grape juice, 2 roses chocolates

Really bad eating day all up :(

ummm yeah... about that, I haven't exercised in a month unless you count shopping and walking to work :oops:

I am a size 8 atm, and I'm beginning to think maybe I don't want to get any thinner. I mean I have a massive wardrobe, and I just added about $1000 worth of Alannah Hill in the last 2 months, and I don't know if I want to get it all altered.
