I know what do to, I just don't know how to do what I know

I've moved! No more maintenance for me. I've now put on 4kg since February (one of those was in the last week!! ) through continual over eating. I'm now off to the shrink to get my head checked out  I just can't seem to stop eating even though I can see the number on the scales getting bigger and bigger

One thing is interesting though. I just had a bit of a look at some paper where I had been writing down my weights and measurements earlier this year and late last year. Last time I was a similar weight to what I am now, my measurements were quite a lot bigger. Now what is that telling me? The weight is in my fat definitely but much more must be in muscles, or somewhere in my bowels, I'm so bloated (sorry for the graphic description, but I think that could explain it as well, maybe, hopefully!!)

Anyway, just wanted to start up this thread to post my progress in becoming a normal person who doesn't eat at every single opportunity!

Thanks :D Look forward to sharing, and hopefully not ranting too much lol. Can't wait to get rid of this horrible demon and start enjoying my life! (or at least shift these stupid 4kg by Christmas so I can eat and drink myself into oblivion with minimum of guilt hahaha)

Thanks guys. A fresh start sounds great, at the moment I'd just settle for "fresh" gosh I feel gross!! For full name-and-shame value, I've copied this across from my food diary... this is after dinner last night

Ok I buggered up completely... add to the above a bran muffin, another of those bran pancakes, a serve of almonds, the rest of my soy icecream and FOUR protein bars (which were FROZEN to prevent my eating them, I nearly broke my teeth!!!!) and other bits and pieces.

Needless to say I couldn't get to sleep, and didn't get to work this morning. Still at home deciding whether to excericse or go to work... or just do neither :( I will go, later lol.

Don't know, I'd have to meet it to decide. It'll probably be gone by the time I get to work this afternoon!! If I could get a cat that helped with the housework that would be great :P
