Thanks everyone I appreciate it :)

Well yesterday was OK I did have a few low fat muffins  But the overall calories and fat was ok. Calories after exercise were 994 out of 1400 on CK.

Exercise for yesterday was

1 hour bike
30 minutes run/walk.

Shocker today :( Started out well, did a 3 hour walk, ate well and everything. Then I came home and cooked a REALLY yummy muesli bar thingy which has choc chips in it for the kids afternoon snack but I ate 300gms of it , I have no idea of the cals are *if anyone knows how to work out cals for recipes please let me know Thanks*.. Then we had a thunderstorm just after I cooked dinner, and the power went off , kids and hubby were going to just have sausage rolls and pies for dinner but I was going to make some soup but with out power I kinda just ate the sausage roll :(

hey tam, doesn't matter you didn't go so well yesterday, today is a new day, so go out there and kick some butt!! hehe. really, it's just one day, i'm sure if you go well for the rest of the week and exercise, you'll be right :)

what i normally do with recipes that i'm not sure the cals of, i usually enter the WHOLE recipe into cal king and save it as a custom meal - when you save it down the bottom MAKE SURE you put in how many servings. then you can add it to your diary in 1, 2, 3 etc servings, and it'll tell you then :) if your having a bit of trouble, you can pm it to me and i'll work it out for you if you like :)
hope that's not too confusing lol

have a good one :)
xx
