Horse riding is the best its my distressing thing I guess you could call it my meditation :) I totally love it, always have and probably always will :) I have been riding since I was 6 years old.
If you want an all over body work out horse riding will do it or if you just wanna relax it does that too. :) Try it I bet you will love it :)

awesome :D sounds good hehe. i told my mum last night that i wanted to try it, so i might see if i can find somewhere here that does it on the holidays hehe. i don't wanna crush the poor horsie tho :P haha

Oh I would LOVE to learn horse riding!!! I think it would definitely be soothing, and such a rush when you got the horse to canter. Oooh how fun :D :D

Lots of fun ;) Im a horse riding instructor , I love it just seeing the looks on peoples faces once they realise that such a strong animal will allow people to ride it and direct it with such light contact and instructions! :)

Anyways today ...

net cals for today are 908 / 1400 cals

90 minute horse ride this morning
60 minutes exercise bike

At the moment Im trying to up the amount of fibre in my diet as Im feeling so bloated.

I'm SO silly and I have NO willpower LOL! I cooked those silly muesli bars again left out the chocolate But they are so moreish :( I ate 4 of them this afternoon grrrrrr......

Dinner was

baked lamb 224 cals
pumpkin baked 120 cals
potato baked 112 cals
ovaltine 62 cals

total 456 cals

THEN

muesli bar slice thing 571 cals
also

I had 5 pieces of extra today 19 cals

Hope I haven't forgotten anything.

Total food cals for today was :oops: 1755 cals

Exercise today

1 hour walking 6km per hour 296 cals
1 hour exercise bike. 600 cals

Total exercise cals 896 cals 421 cals

I have changed my cal intake to 1280 cals per day. So am left after the exercise with 421 cals (which I am not touching LOL)

Hope that makes sense.

Dont worry about the gain Tam it's probly just fliud. Your so lucky to ride horses I havent ridden horses in 7 years would love to do it again.

We all have slip ups from time to time.

I know I've had a slip up for nearly 2 weeks :oops: :oops:
