your doing well getting back into the excercise Tammy. Im finding the eating part a bit rough in my attempt to get back into it. :( The rain is wonderful though isnt it??! I have flowers in amongst teh weeds LOL. But atleast we have green grass now too!! Pity its not good weather for walking kids LOL

Heres to you matey you can do this! :D

LOL nar its not the greatest weather for walking the in, but yeah the gardens and grass are loving it :) Will be riding the ride on this week hehehe :)

I hear ya about the eating, I'm finding it real hard at the moment :( Ive been lacking in fibre (lol won't go into details ) so I'm eating all bran a lot but when I eat more snacks the problem seems to go away , but the more food I eat the hungrier I get if that makes sense at all LOL! It just keeps going round and round EKK Might have to take something for it I think!

I like to get up early before work and exercise to avoid the weather. But it's definitely not for everyone!!!

Thanks Hey :) I would love to get up and exercise before getting the kiddies ready for school but sooooooooooooo love to stay in bed for as long as I can, tho when started to exercise I did do it and really enjoyed it so maybe I will get back into it when the kids are on their chrissy break :)

484 calories remaining.

I had such a great walk jog this afternoon in the rain LOL There was a beautiful rainbow it was so clear :) I also found that my normal 45 minute walk only took just on 30 minutes today :) Much more running involved now Im over the moon.

I have parent teacher interviews this afternoon, I hate this time of the year its so stressful. Even the kids are tired and its been a fight to get them up and off to school in the mornings. Im looking forward to the summer holidays, even though I will be flat out it will be nice to NOT have to rush in the mornings or try and think of what to put in lunch boxes LOL! :roll:
