GRRRRRRRRR TTOM! I hate it so much!
I have had a shocker of a weekend with a sick child his had ANother tummy bug oh its driving me insane and along with ttom Im feeling so tired. And I think Im about to get the bug!

Weigh in this morning 69kg so down 1kg but i don't trust the scales when its TTOM .

Didn't add my food for yesterday infact I forgot to add it even into calorie king :( just to tired.

Today

house work for a couple of hours -442 cals don't normally add house work but Im doing something different than I normally do.
