Well, my eating plan didn't go QUITE to plan, but still a good effort overall I think.
I sneaked a few nibbles of this that and the other in while I was waiting for dinner, and then for dinner instead of having 1 piece of pizza and 2 nectarines I had 2 pieces of pizza. But on the upside, instead of binging like I inevitably do on pizza, I set myself out two pieces on a plate, put the rest in the fridge, and ate VERY VERY slowly with a gigantic mug of coffee to wash it down with. And guess what? I STRUGGLED to get through those two pieces, whereas normally I can tuck away 8 no worries (washed down by copious amounts of chocolate)
After tea I was feeling a bit too full to go for a run, so I hopped on my bike and just did some laps around the block until I wore off some of those calories!
So I ate 1800 cals today, but that's okay, because I have my plan all worked out and I'M STICKING TO IT!!!
