Have been slacking off a bit lately. What with finishing work this week (tomorrow), I'm sure that everyone thinks that since I'm shortly going to be a poor (not really) starving (unlikely) uni student again, they'll do their utmost best to fatten me up before I go!!
Here is my strict plan (allowing for 1 slice of cheesecake tomorrow that I know is going to be at work for me lol):
1200 calories per day (if no exercise, or light walking or swimming or jogging)
Can add on an extra meal if going for a ride but only 10 cals/km. Ie if I ride 30km then that day I eat 1500cals.
NO coffee, tea or diet softdrink. Oh that is going to kill me, but I need to drink water instead of rubbish.
If jogging more than 5km then I can have 50cal/km. Ie if I go for 8km jog then I eat 1400 cals.
I will check in here each evening and let you know how I go each day. I will post some photos here shortly of me in a tri suit.
