Gosh it's been a while since I posted in here!!! Been very busy getting ready for the big move, EEK. Only 9 days to go.

On the good side - my weight is down to 54.1kg without trying to hard - since I finished work I have been nowhere near as hungry, and been able to get into a better eating routine. And people are starting to notice!! Yay for me!!

All the best with your move, molli. Hope it's not too painful. I have to move house soon, too and I'm NOT looking forward to it.

And way to go with the weightloss :) A change of routine must have shaken things up a bit. Yay!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

53.8kg this morning!!!!! Yay!!! I can't believe how easy this has been. All along I've been trying so hard and nothing has happened, then I finished work (11 days ago), decided to stop counting calories, and just relax, eat what I want BUT STOP WHEN I'M SATISFIED. The weight is just falling off me. I just can't believe it.

Went for a swim this ave, then a 3km run. Will walk the pooch shortly.

Hey well done molli! Your flying along there! Isnt it weird how when you relax and stop obsessing about the numbers it can all fall into place. Almost like the stress was weighing you down!

 Oh my Gosh

53.5kg this morning. I have not seen that number for around 4 years. Oh my gosh. I can't believe this, it seems too good to be true. And believe me, I'm eating well, and actually not doing a lot of exercise because I've had to be off the bike for the last few weeks, so I am amazed. Woot!!!

That's amazing. It's so good that you're losing weight by just listening to what your body is telling you rather than obsessing over every calorie and every bit of exercise. Yay you!

Back up to 54.4kg this morning, but I think that's because of the strenuous exercise I did yesterday - I did a sprint triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) and did really well. Came second last, mind you, but it was a personal best!! Ran almost the whole distance.

Am getting much better with running now, and amazingly am not stiff this morning! Yay! Will be doing the Mooloolaba triathlon in March (1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run) so have a lot of training to do. And then I want to do the Half Ironman triathlon in August, which is a 1.9km swim, 90km ride, 21km run, YIKES!!!
