Back up to 54.4kg this morning, but I think that's because of the strenuous exercise I did yesterday - I did a sprint triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) and did really well. Came second last, mind you, but it was a personal best!! Ran almost the whole distance.
Am getting much better with running now, and amazingly am not stiff this morning! Yay! Will be doing the Mooloolaba triathlon in March (1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run) so have a lot of training to do. And then I want to do the Half Ironman triathlon in August, which is a 1.9km swim, 90km ride, 21km run, YIKES!!!
I am gonna exercise my butt off!! Literally!!
