Fiona's Journey!

Postby Fiona25 » Wed Dec 26, 2007 6:57 pm

Well I currently am 62.5kgs, so 4.5kgs to lose until my goal weight of 58kgs.

I've always been yoyo with my weight. I was around 50-55kgs when I was 15-17yo. Then at 18yo I balooned out to 76kgs which is big for me as i'm short with a small bone structure. I was a size 16 at that weight.

Then a few months after I turned 19, I got down to 68kgs. I stayed there for a while, then at 21 got down to 62-64kgs. Then stayed in that area until mid this year when I got up to 66kgs!

So this is my progress diary as of boxing day 2007.

I had a huge pig out yesterday, but am back on track today with healthy eating and exerise :D

I have one of my bigger exercise days planned tomorrow of walking, cuves and swimming. My next weigh in is on Sunday...well, the official one, I am addicted to the scales and weigh at least a few times a day but only take notice of my morning weigh when i'm naked and have gone to the loo.

Just a bit of an update. After xmas day i've been REALLY good with exercise and eating very well.

I'm a bit nervous about my weigh in on Sunday. Even though xmas day was a VERY bad food day for me i'm really hoping i've lost a bit of weight...even 1/2kg would be great. We'll see!

Good luck with your weigh in Fiona! You'll be able to undo a fair bit of damage with a few days of good eating and exercise, so you may surprise yourself.

Hi Fiona and welcome :D

You are doing excellent to curb all that naughty christmas eating. I know I'm finding it extremely difficult to do so. As to exercise....what exercise...I have been extremely lazy. My PT will slog it out of me when he sees me next

You are doing great with all that exercise :D

You are inspiring me to get of my lazy ass and get back to the gym!

Just had to share some good news.

I've only been to the pool twice and would do 10 laps of the 25mtr pool and would be KNACKERED. Well today I pushed myself and did 20 laps! I'm so happy with myself :D Especially since i'd already done walking/running and a short home fitness circuit this morning!

Hubby came with me - one of those people who can eat whatever he wants and doesn't gain a pound :x and afterwards we did the grocery shopping and he wanted KFC for lunch which is like one of my favourite fast foods! Well I knew he wanted it but because he knew I didn't want to spoil my good day and told me not to worry about it. I drove there and got him his KFC...Man it smelt SO good! I had 2 chips. Thats it! They weren't even that good, but to have him next to me in the car eating it on the way home was hard, but I didn't cave!

I did buy myself a lite mars bar when I went shopping and had 3/4 of it. I think a full one is around 5 grams fat, 50grams carbs and not sure on the cals, so not too bad I guess. At least it satisfied my choc craving, feeliing great and very proud of myself :D

Have I not posted on your progress before!? Naughty me!!!

WELL DONE on the 20 laps in the pool! That is sooo good! Sounds like you've done a lot of exercise today :D Yaay!! I'm expecting great things at your next weigh in, girly!!

Fantastic self control with the KFC :D :D Lite Mars bars are yummy, not bad on the cals and stuff too! So well done :D I love eating things like M&M's, Maltesers which I can just savour one at a time and make last for aaaages :P :P Makes me feel like I'm getting more!

Just had to share some good news.

I put a pair of jeans on today and my favourite belt has gone up a hole tighter :D

When I first got that belt like 6yrs ago I was 76kgs and it was really tight on the first hole, but I got it anyway coz I love it.

Now its on the 4th hole. Only 1 more hole to go before I get to punch extra holes in it :D:D:D
