Well I currently am 62.5kgs, so 4.5kgs to lose until my goal weight of 58kgs.
I've always been yoyo with my weight. I was around 50-55kgs when I was 15-17yo. Then at 18yo I balooned out to 76kgs which is big for me as i'm short with a small bone structure. I was a size 16 at that weight.
Then a few months after I turned 19, I got down to 68kgs. I stayed there for a while, then at 21 got down to 62-64kgs. Then stayed in that area until mid this year when I got up to 66kgs!
So this is my progress diary as of boxing day 2007.
I had a huge pig out yesterday, but am back on track today with healthy eating and exerise
I have one of my bigger exercise days planned tomorrow of walking, cuves and swimming. My next weigh in is on Sunday...well, the official one, I am addicted to the scales and weigh at least a few times a day but only take notice of my morning weigh when i'm naked and have gone to the loo.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
