Great work Fiona and I am glad to hear you are feeling much better. So close to your goal now and a great loss for the week maybe your body just needed a timeout to rest so it could kickstart back up again.

Holy crap, the last 2 days I have PIGGED OUT! Really nice dinners, eating late, lots of coffee and cakes and things  Doing loads of exercise - a good 3hrs a day but my god, looking at the scales this morning I almost died  I feel like i've been hit by a truck from eating all this junk but I made myself slug it out full cardio for 50mins in the gym this morning. Going rock climbing today too with lots of walking.

It is SO frustrating that it takes so much hard work to lose weight and only a few days to pile it back on  I mean, the first few days I ate and worked out like an angel, the last 2 days i've been working out lots but had 2 naughty dinners and a few chocolates or some cake with coffee. I've had good breakfast/lunch/water etc...its not fair!!!

Ah well, I know when I get home that I will get back into routine and my normal eating habbits and lose it all.

So we head home on Sunday and i'm half thinking of cheating and skipping this weigh in all together because I KNOW its going to be terrible!

Hun, the way I look at it is this way .... you don't go on holidays every day, so you may as well enjoy it ! You've done superbly by even maintaining your exercise !! I know I wont be doing that in May ;)

Hey Fiona! The girls are so right, your not on holidays everyday (wouldnt it be great tho!) so why not enjoy yourself abit. And we have every bit of faith that you will get straight back into it when you get home. But remember, dont push or punish yourself for enjoying your holiday eating! Yes i for one know 1st hand (thank you xmas) how hard it is to lose the kgs it take a week to put on, but you'll get back there, dont stress. And i hope you've had a great time! :D

Thanks for the support girls!

Well we got home today. Today is the first day that I have been 100% back on track diet wise. Been in the car most of the day so not much exercise though.

I did skip weigh in though, i'll be happy if next Sunday i'm weighing in the same as last week THEN continue losing from there.

And yep, had a great time away! Will post some pics in the next couple of days :)

Glad to hear you had such a good time away and I concur with the others - you're not on holidays everyday, so you have to be able to let things slip from your normal routine. You'll be right back into it and I'm sure any weight you gained will come right off.

Have a great week, bella :)
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Thanks for asking Helen!

Yep, i'm back alright! Been eating really well since Sunday. Didn't exercise Sunday as I was in the car travelling for most of the day then had to unpack etc, Monday I worked all day so didn't do much then, yesterday and today I am though. Did 1hr yesterday and am aiming for 90mins today. Then tomorrow i'm doing a 6:30am martial arts class THEN going to work for 10hrs on my feet all day...i'm insane

I'm getting greedy now though and was to be 58kgs for weigh in on Sunday...nothing wrong with aiming high right  ?
