Thanks for thinking of me girls!

Bella, i'm happy to report that I have not weighed in since last Saturday!!!

I am going to make Tuesday my next official weigh in for 2 reasons.

1. TTOM will only be finishing on Sunday

2. I worked on my feet 11hrs today and at work the boss brought in homemade slices and biscuits. I resisted for a few hours but after such a full on day, needed a sugar hit. That would've been fine if the binging had've stopped right there, but I got home and have made an absolute PIG of myself! I will need a few days to get rid of that bingy, yucky fluid stuff and another few days to work it off!!!

I'm not mad at myself though, i've been depriving myself this week and slugging my guts out, I had it coming.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Hey guys,

I'm no longer going to be doing regular weigh ins, the pressure is killing me. I still haven't weighed in and i'm not going to until I feel ready. If i'm going to make this a long term thing then I feel I have to relax into this lifestyle without the scales ruling me so much.

I'm going through some stuff right now and have a nasty habit creeping back so I need to step back and take care of myself and for me right now, that means taking the pressure off.

My lovely friend Helen is being a fantastic support to me so I know i'll be fine.

Babe, you do what is right for you ! As you said this is a longterm lifestyle change so slow and steady will definitely get you there. The last thing you need right now is added pressure from the scales.

Just think of how far you've come, take a sneak peak in your photo thread my dear, the change is phenomenal :)

You will overcome this little hurdle, it's just another pot hole on this highway of yours !

Love ya

Hey Fi Fi :D

Holy girl - you've done such a turn abouts. So proud of you!

That's the spirit, don't let the dreaded scales win the battle. You are doing fantastic with your food intake and your exercise. You don't need those scales to justify all the good work you are putting in. There are other ways in measuring your success, such as clothing.

I totally agree, sometimes its best to put weight loss on the back burner (but not completely forgotten) to deal and focus on other more important aspects of life. Life does throw us curve balls, hey. Perseverances gets us through it. Hope everything is ok with you ckickie.

Mwah, Bella.
