Aw hun - the 1kg could be anything! Don't put so much value on what the scale reads - your pants are falling down :P

I would much rather be a comfy size 10 at 59kg than a size 12 at 55kg, if you know what I mean? You're a lean, mean, fighting machine.

The results of your hard work are paying off in other ways even if not on the scales.

Hang in there chickie!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Thanks San. The thing is that I know you're SO right but for some reason I just cannot shake the feeling that if the scales don't go down then i've made no improvement - I know its silly but thats me I guess  Even if it was a 200gram loss, so long as i'm losing, but to gain is so disapointing! I should throw my scales out but i'm too addicted I could never do that!

Oh, what stupid scales!! I cannot imagine that you would have put on a kilo of fat, you have been working so hard. Plus, you know yourself that you are getting smaller, clothes are looser etc. I know it's hard, but try to not let it get to you... you know you are doing all the right things and are getting results.... regardless of what the scales say. Keep up the good work!!!

I agree with San and Sarah!! Scales are stupid, and the way you've been moving out, I sincerely doubt that it's fat you've put on!! It really is hard to get past what the scales read, but just try keep positive :) You can do this thing!!!

Ahh the scales, they rule our lives dont they! But Sandra really hit it home there with the size to weight thing, i mean the sizing number in the end means more because you can say, 'yeah im a size x' and nobody is going to ask what you actually weigh because thats just plain rude!!

Cmon Fiona, we can get rid of these last few kgs! We're both off track but we can fix it and get back into it!! :D You push me, i'll pull you!! LOL
Highest Weight - 93kgs
Current Weight - 68.3kgs

I just had to write and report my great willpower yesterday!

Hubby was hungover as we had friends stay the night before. I had 3 beers and that was it. Normally i'd have had 6 or more! So anyway, back to the point, yesterday he wanted bacon and egg sangas, so I bad them for him and didn't even come close to having any :D Then his sister and her family came around last night for a BBQ - I made them potato bake, sausages, rissoles and kebabs as well as yummy creamy salads. What did I have? 2 soy sausages (grilled) steamed veggies and garden salad - I was so proud of my self control AND no alcohol which is hard at a BBQ!

Feeling really back on track now, thankyou so much for all your support, you guys are great!

That's fantastic Fiona. It's not easy to resist temptation at a barbie. That you managed to resist both the high calorie food and the alcohol was a reach achievement. Well done!

Thanks Helen! Weigh in tomorrow, i'm hoping so bad for 60kgs, 59.9kgs would be awesome just so I could break into the 50's even if its only by 100grams! If i'm not in the 50's tomorrow then I sure as hell will be next week :D

I'll be up, weighing and posted by 7am at the latest I think! Even though my weigh ins are on a Sunday, its too exciting to sleep in

Ok girls and guys....

LW - 62kgs - it was a 1.1kg gain, but I lost it fairly easily so I think it was a fluid/bloat type thing.

TW - 60kgs

VERY happy with that, thats what I was aiming for and I felt like I aimed very high. I've worked so hard this last week with diet and exercise and it has paid off!

Goal for next week is 59.4kgs I know thats an odd number to choose but its not quite a kg but more than .5kg

I'm enjoying a non calorie counting day today, wow, what a treat LOL!!!

Thankyou all so much for your support and comments, it really does mean a lot to me (((HUGS)))
