Don't worry, I did - a little too much though  all guilt free though! Doing a raw food diet detox tomorrow and then back on track from there. I don't mind having a binge once a week if i'm happy with weigh ins though.

About to do 30mins home cardio then go for a 30min walk/run in the rain to cool down, then it will be time for TBL :D

Thanks for all your lovely comments girls :P

Thanks Sassi and Mim!

I finally got around to starting martial arts today :D I did a 45min cardio combat class and I loved, loved LOVED it! I will try and do 2 classes a week. They're $10 so not too bad and the instructor is Nick King who is insanely qualified! He is a lovely guy and made me feel at home right away.

I was going to aim to do the freestyle kickboxing class on Thursday night but its at 7pm and I don't want to miss TBL  So I think i'll get up at 5:30am to make it for the 6:30am kick fit class tomorrow or Thursday.

I went to the pool afterwards and swam 20 laps (25mtr pool) in 15mins, I barely stopped - feeling great and will finish off today with a nice 30min walk.

Just been thinking this morning, i'm so close to goal now, but I don't think i'm going to be happy when I get there. I think i'll end up aiming for 55-56kgs instead of 58. My original goal was 60kgs, but am here now and not happy. I will update ticker when I decide!

Just an update today about my first ever naturopath appointment.

Apparently I am TOXIC! Mainly my liver and kidneys but just about every other organ, hormones, vits/mins are all out of whack. My body is also not digesting protein properly. White blood cells are good, red blood cells are very clogged. SO I am on this vile detox herb liquid as well as a vit/min supplement. I go back in a month for retesting. Can't wait to see if it makes a difference, though after spending $240 all up today it had better

I also did my 2nd martial arts class today for 1hr, dear god it was much harder than the cardio combat, I almost died 100 times I swear LOL Lots of fun though and great morale in that place, i'm going to try and do at least 2 classes a week :D

Hey Sassi,

The instructor is a Tae Kwon Do specialist, he is ranked 5th black belt in the world.

He runs heaps of different classes. You can go for belts and things in actual TKD classes or do the fitness type classes which is what I want to do.

The cardio combat is very similar to tae bo but more just solid kicking and punching combos and less ab work exercises.

The one I did this morning is called Kick Fit class. Basically for the first 5-10mins it is running, jogging, knee lifts around a large foam mat, stopping for push ups and sit ups. Then a few stretches for 5 mins, then 40 mins of alternating between a punching bag and trainers with mits on, each circuit going for 2-3 minutes. Punching bag is just punching flat out, the trainers will yell out combos to you for example - right jab, left hook, right uppercut, left leg kick, right leg kick etc, heaps of dif combos though.

Then the last 10-15mins are various partnered exercises. One of them was you had a distance of about 10mtrs from your partner, you had to run up to them, they'd yell out how many punches you had to do (between 1-10) then after that you'd run back to the poll, then up to them again and repeat this for 3 sets of 1min20secs - HARD WORK! Another one was for 2mins, 10 punches, 1 push up, 10 punches, 1 push up then the last one was run for 5-10mtrs (around the mat which is 5x10mtrs) then at each corner stop and punch 2 punches and do that all the way around, then increase by 2 punches at each new lap, do this until you get up to 10 punches.

Next class I want to try is freestyle kickboxing as I love KB - I did it 6yrs ago for a year. But its only on 1 night a week at 7pm and am not ready to sacrifice TBL  Thats why I did the 6:30am class this morning so I wouldn't miss TBL. Addicted much? :P
