*sneezes on Helen* :P  just kidding heheheeh

Thanks girls!

I'm so hoping i'm feeling good tomorrow as i'm itching to hit the gym SO badly! Been feeling awful today, achy body, blocked up nose, sneezing, weak, tired, lethargic, mild coughing, headaches etc. I have rested today ALL DAY, I have not lifted a finger! Watching movies and napping all day and i've drunk 4ltrs of water so that will hopefully help to flush the nasty bugs away

Not feeling great about Sundays weigh in - TTOM, sick and no exercise today and maybe not much tomorrow, and a 2 day binge  Oh well, you reap what you sew so if I have a gain or a piddly loss then so be it, I will have no right to whinge about it thats for sure!

Thanks TG!

Unfortunatley woke up this morning with what seems like a bad chest infection and the aches and pains are back :x

Just resting though and eating lots of chicken soup! I called in sick to work, I only had to do a 5hr shift but I just feel awful and no doubt everyone else would've gotten sick too. So no exercise today  Just rest, light housework and maybe some pilates later if I feel up to it.

So not feeling good about Sunday, and I miss exercising SO badly, i'm gunna go nuts when I feel better

Thanks for asking San!

I'm fine now, just still bringing up crap. Did 40 mins cardio at the gym yesterday and even though I could really feel it in my chest after 20mins I kept going  then did 30min walk yesterday but was absolutely fine this morning. 45 min walk today and am about to do some home cardio as well. I think i've kicked it now, just blowing my nose a lot!

That's great news. Nothing like feeling under the weather but just wanting to get out there and exercise.

WEIGH IN :D

Postby Fiona25 » Sun Feb 17, 2008 6:55 am

LW - 59.4

TW - 58.6

I am STOKED with an 800 gram loss. I'd normally be happy anyway, but last weekend I had a 2 day binge - you don't even want to know how many calories I ate on those days Then I was bed ridden sick for 3 days and only did proper execise Monday/Friday/Saturday AND early in the week I was having a few freddo frogs etc, working them into my calories, but still! And I managed to lose .8kgs I thought it might have been muscle but I don't think so. Maybe its the detox herbs i'm on???

Either way, I am a VERY happy girl
