i have 8 kg to lose.
I put it on around christmas after I had got to 59.5kg, under 60!
didnt weigh myself but measured my thighs, waist, bust and arms.
I have been eating really well since new years day. counting my calories and eating more fruits and vegetables.
Cut out coffee/ cola, sugar.
I read that cola has lots of phosphorus, and it leaches calcuim from your bones... leading to osteoperosis
Sugar is a toxin to the body. Natural sugars (fruits ) are ok.
Listen to your body and ask thirsty before hungry. drink 2Lt filtered water.
Eat 2-3 cups of vegetables daily, 2 serves fruit, healthy proteins,
I dont know what my weight was straight after christmas but I measured myself and then measured again 3 days ago since been having healthier diet and going on vibratone. I have LOST 1 inch from my waist and 1 inch from my stomach. My current weigt is 61kg.
I started this thing last year at 63kg..
So down in kg this year compared to last.
Feel healthy and in control. motivated. organised.
