great job- 400g is an excellent loss, because you're already pretty small, so you're not going to drop as big numbers as bigger people will! well done, keep it up! :)

Good on you Mimosa for being motivated to go to the gym and eating well today.

I can totally identify with you on the whole 'is this what I'll be doing everyday till I retire at 60?' and just feeling like an employee all the time. I don't hate my job but at the same time i don't jump out of the bed in the morning with excitement. You get that whole 'isn't there something more exciting or more meaningful for me to be doing with my life?'.

Hopefully you find what you enjoy in the near future and can find a way to make it happen. What is your dream job?

Hey Mimosa, what is cosmetic nursing? I've never heard of it.

Good luck with the changes in your diet and exercise.

cosmetic nursing is where you give treamtents eg, botox, dermal fillers, IPL the might also do glo minerals and makeovers, lipodissolve treatments.
may assist the surgeon with surgical procedures.

Think extreme makover.. but not as extreme.

Doing well with the weightloss mimosa - keep it up. What's the detox like? How are you doing it?

Cosmetic nursing sounds interesting, but I'm sure I'd faint if I had to give someone an injection :P
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

detox is doing well/ 2 days in.. detoxing my arse off.. literally. lol

im doing the TNP one.

im not too sure how i will go sticking needles in other people. i dont like taking blood but injections in the bum to ok and glucose monitoring is ok to do.

maybe i can just do the makeovers and give a confidence building boost !

for now stick to what i know..

PLAN:
continue with the shakes and soups, plus maximum greens and berries.

eat protein for meal with vegies

drink green tea.

Drink filtered water

Gym daily for 30-45 mins interval training.

Work stress sucks huh..I hate having to walk past the bikky barrel to get my water...there is so much temptation at work! Your doing so well hunni. just stay focused and you'll lose that last 5.
