That's an amazing amount of exercise, Tegan. You must be exhausted at the end of the day!

I was pretty pooped Thursday, but mostly because I had had a full day of coursework at Uni on top of the rest. I don't understand how sitting in a lecture can be so bloody tiring!

Anyhoo, Friday 19/4/08

6:00 - 30min jog with the hound
7:00 - small noodle bowl cereal
drove to uni cause I had to pick up a WISC kit
10:30 - fruit and nuts
12:30 - soup (a BIG bowl) and 2 slices sourdough
5:20 - some bikkies and dip at the post-seminar drinks and nibbles thing
drove home
6:00 - leftover curry, small noodle bowl of cereal
went to do the shopping
8:00 - yoghurt
9:00 - went for 30min jog with the hound again

Weighed in today - WOOT down to 78kg again!Mind you I'm sore from starting jogging again - particularly in my back between the shoulderblades and my dog lead arm - Nelson likes to chase wallabies and it takes a bit to control him if I don't catch him as soon as he spots one. Had to stop last night for a couple of times and wait for him to get bored of choking himself with the lead and sit down and be a good boy before going again

Wow Tegan your puppy isn't so much of a puppy  By the time his fully grown he'll be the size of a small horse . I'm not surprised your arm is hurting. When I was looking after my brothers lab he would just shoot off and the jab in my arm- ouch.

Your meals sound so healthy and yummm....great stuff you've gotten back down to the weight before the pre-wedding weight gain.

Dawn,

"Letta momma feed you"

You are eating less than a sparrow. What is this noodle bowl thing anyway? You must have a most efficient metabolism ever.

LOL - I was (oops, we were) given a steamer set for the wedding and it had these little bowls for noodles I think, or maybe rice... anyway, they're about a bit over a cup - stops me overfilling my breakky bowl!

It's funny that you should say I'm not eating much cause I always feel like I'm pigging out and my body is certainly NOT starving, LOL.

the weekend was hectic hence me not being around the boards.

Saturday went to the market but took pup so we parked at the dog park, played with the dogs for a while so Nelson could run himself ragged, walked to the market (maybe... 3-4km each way??) and back. Went to Uni, did uni work until 3 when the uni camera got dropped off to me. Went home, did some more uni work then went to a friend's birthday BBQ dinner

Sunday got up and went and administered the WISC to the poor 6yo son of a work colleague for 1.5hrs (and mangled it horribly), then raced back to take puppy to puppy school - which was called off due to Targa anyway so I took him to the dog park again and he ran himself ragged, then dropped the camera back off at Uni, home, a bit of relaxation in front of TV, more uni work, took dog for run.

Monday got up ride to uni, work all day, ride home and register dog with council. The bloke had taken puppy to a friend's house and when he got home he told me the poor pup had been stung by a wasp and his mouth was all swollen!!!! Poor pup.

Soooo... Today
7:00 - noodle bowl cereal
9:00 - drued fruit and nuts
11:00 - mandarine
12:30 - leftover stirfry
2:00 - caramello koala, peppermint freddo, plain freddo
5:00 - 50min jog with pup (whose mouth had come down considerably and energy levels gone up in direct proportion)
7:30 - baked vegies and 2 rissoles

Phew

Yeah, and when I (Dawn) look in the mirror I see a really fat person

Sorry Dawn, I can't help teasing you for some reason. I have a silly sense of humour

I attract that i think! LOL
But you're actually right. I know that I don't see me in the mirror the same as me that other people see (if that makes any sort of sense) which is why I try to rely more on objective measures like my weight.

Wed 23/4/08
6:30 - 15min jog with pup (alarm was set late, oops)
7:15 - 1hr ride to work
8:30 - 3 vitabrits
10:00 - fruit and nuts
1:00 - salad and ham roll and a vanilla slice
2:00 - mandarine
4:45 - 1hr ride home
6:00 - 30min jog with pup (well, much of it was walking - my body was running on the whiff of a sugary rag)
7:00 - vege spaghetti, 1 row Lindt dark choc and my LAST REMAINING EASTER CHOC! Yay I get to buy a book!!! and a slice of boston bun.

Gosh Tegan, your weekend sounded busy busy busy.

Nelson sounds very energetic indeed. When I was doggy sitting my bro's lab he'd go nuts at the dog park. There were times were I was literally too tired to take him on walks and the sad puppy dog eyes always got to me lol.

Hi Tegan!

Just popping by to say hello.

You do sound extremely busy. And your puppy is most definitely full of energy! How fun!!!

Hope you are both well and happy.

Yep, busy busy. My legs are waaaayyy tired today. Getting home was like pedalling through knee deep mud. I was doing like 12kph or something crazily slow.

6:30 - ride to uni
8:00 - 3 vitabrits
9:00 - fruit and nuts
1:00 - leftover spaghetti, pear, mandarine and a vanilla slice (soooo wanted one and still wanted one 5 min later, so I had one)
4:00 - 1hr 15min ride home (damn tired legs)
6:00 - 2 bowls cereal, 3 biscuits 2 rows lindt dark choc and 2 pk chips

went to take pup for a walk but my legs didn't even want to get off the damn couch, so pup is just gonna have to wait till tomorrow morning  I solemnly swear I will take him on a long run in the morning and take him to the dog park tomorrow arvo.

Think I need to take it easy - I've got a big round of stuff happening soon, lots of stuff all due at once and I think I'm getting sick.
