Some exercise is better than no exercise.

Stop being so harsh on yourself!

You're doing well. I mean - look how far you've come! It's amazing.

Hey Tegan,

Been a while since I've been on here so I only just saw your wedding pics. You looked beautiful! Looks like you had a wonderful day and you looked like you were having a ball during your bridal waltz :)

Hi guys and gals, sorry I haven't been on. Uni has gotten a bit hectic and the pup broke another toe (apparently we're not feeding him enough calcium for his growing bones... sigh)

So just letting you know I am still plugging on... still struggling with the eating business. I think that's related to having so many other things taking up my attention. I'll probably be a bit absentee until the end of June (exams).

Hope everyone is well and best wishes until I get time to drop in a say hi again and catch up on everyone's progress!!

For anyone who still remembers me, I'm back and have realigned my goals with maintenance of the weight I have lost, so I have a new thread in the maintenance section.

Hi Ali,
thanks for the welcome back :D
Pup is well (he has a whole battery of nick names now... Nelsy Noo Puppy Poo, Nelsy Noodles, Cheeky Chops, Nellison, Furry Tractor....) can't remember if I was still on here when he had his second broken toe amputated.... But he's ok now and pretty much full grown. We met a Great Dane today and he was rather put out and not quite sure what to make of a dog twice his size... he's usually the big dog! Man I love my dog, he's such a nice dog, but going through a digging/ripping things to shreds phase right now. Yesterday our door mat was the target of his attentions
