Looks great both ways, probably more casual with the tee and a bit more dressy without....

Im going to go with a plain white t, and attach the straps to the dress..

TODAY:
I had some slip ups
Dairy Milk Bar
2 Slices Raisin Toast
5 COOKIES
:(

But I did an extra 40 minutes walking.. and dinner was very healthy. Still feel mega bad though.

55.5kg this morning.

Easter Breakfast
5 x Mini Hot Choc X Buns
2 x Reg Hot X Buns
1 x Egg & Bacon Crossoint
1 x Egg & Bacon Thingo

MAJOR Pig Out lol.
I dont feel guilty I just feel stupid.
I won't be eating lunch today lol.
Im going to say that was all 1000cal cause it probably was about that much.
God I dont think I have ever eaten that much in one sitting!

BUT I was 55.0kg this morning, weight is coming down yay!

Im only having a light dinner of canapes which is good thank god lol.

My stomach hurts.

OK! So its 11:15am and im still feeling very full.
I had a coffee (Nescafe blend 43, dash of milk) and I feel kiiiinda better.
Definatly wont be having lunch today.

Im just glad that this binge occured in the morning, as opposed to the night, cause that meal will keep me going all day!

Exited about Flickerfest tonight... going to be wearing the dress with the white tshirt, and plain black flats with a bow on the front..
My boyfriend is going to be wearing a suit though! (open collar...) so not sure how im going to look next to him!
Will need to find a little clutch bag in town though today.. will look in Myer

Just put of curiosity, won't that slow your metabolism if you don't have anything? maybe have a piece of fruit just to keep you metabolism up?
That breakfast does sound yummy. I think this is the first year ever that i still have not had a hot cross bun! or a pack of minni easter eggs sitting at my desk being devoured! Well done on getting back down to 55kg, only 1 kg and your back at maintenance.

I dont believe in the whole 'if you dont eat for so long your metabolism will slow!' but thats just my own opinion i could be wrong!
I think its total calories in a day, and if I am still full from breakfast at 3pm (which i probably will be!) then im not oging to eat anythign!

I know 1kg to maintenance! Woot! Its probably going to be a hard 1kg though... i like working towards goals though :D

I have a tub of diet yoghurt and some fridge if i get peckish though... i just cant bear the thought of food at the moment lol

NEW WEIGHT LOSS GOALS.

I seriously dont like how I look at the moment.
I feel just blerghhh and fat.
I feel kinda pudgy now I have lost the weight? I am hovering around 55kg, but yet again this is on my old scales - so who knows.

New Goals:
54kg Friday 28 March 2008
53kg Friday 10 April 2008
52kg Friday 24 April 2008
51kg Friday 9 May 2008
50kg Saturday 24 May 2008

I really really want to be 50kg by the time I go to Sydney in May. I want to be able to buy designer clothes and look and feel good in them.
I want to be able to buy jeans in a 26" and feel good not so tight!

So I want to be 54kg by this Friday. I think it's possible. I was 55kg last friday, so I think I can do it in a week.
I have to go to the supermarket tonight, get some salad mix, cucumber, carrots + hommus, tin of tuna for salad?
I have this salad dressing spray at only 1cal ha!

TOMORROW'S PLAN
Pre-Breakfast: 60 Minute Run/Walk @ 6:45am
Go to work @ 8:30am
Breakfast @ 9:00am - Creamy Honey Oatmeal w/ Something Added
Lunch @ 1:00pm - Salad with Tin of Tuna and 1cal Salad Spray
Snack @ 4:00pm - Bits of Carrot & Cucumber in Balsamic Vinegar
Dinner @ 7:00pm - Something sensible!
Cardio if possible at night

Im going to do this!
Im unhappy with the way I look so I am going to change it!

Oh... i'll also incorporate a bit of strength training, its just I dont have a gym membership anymore and dont have any eqiptment.
Im thinking lunges, dips, pull ups, push ups

Hun....please dont be upset with me for saying this, but are you sure you need to get down so low? You look so tiny already in your pics.

I know it's about how you feel in yourself, not how others see you, but I wouldn't ever want to see you get sick :P

Maybe I lie to myself in those pics.. some of them are not honest , I could show you photos of me looking not so thin... i guess i showed the best pics?

I wouldnt make myself get sick. Its just I can see problem areas on me! And even though I can only see them they disturb me..

AND I am going to a psychiatrist on Thursday, because Ive started having hallucinations (weird huh..) so maybe we'll talk about some stuff then... I am determined not to go down that path again, I just desperatly want to be fit, healthy (mentally healthy too) and slim! And feel good in my clothes!

Love life is good Ali! Just feel like im floating round at the moment ha!

Yesterday:
Dinner: Stew (some sort of stew), about 2 cups
Snack: Rice bubble slice (oh god about half the batch :(

Ran 4km without stopping woot!

TODAY:
Pre Breakfast: 4km Run
Breakfast: 3 x Weetbix + Honey + Light Milk
Lunch: 1/2 Packet Gourmet Lettuce, 1/2 a Capsicum, 25g Fetta Cheese, Tin Sweet Chilli Tuna, French Dressing Spray (1cal)
Snack: Cucumber and Carrot pieces in balsamic vinegar
Dinner: Not sure! Going out... but hopefully something healthy like a roll or something!

Got on the scales and was 56kg. This just makes no sense!
My stupid brother wont return my scales, getting so angry!

Quick question
How do you manage a 4km run before breakfast? How do you get the energy to do it? If i go out without having breakfast i lack the energy and get head spins.
I would so love to be able to run 4km. But 1km for me is a big effort.

Running on an empty stomach definatly isnt as effective as running with energy, but if I eat in the morning I would have to wait 30-60 minutes before running or i'll get a stitch! And I have to be at work at 8:30-9am so i dont have heaps of time. Running at night is so much better! But im a full time student also, so I have classes at night :(

You could try having something small like a banana? I wouldnt advise on having cereal or anything, because that makes me feel queezy lol.

You can run 4km! Start slow and build up! A couple of weeks ago I couldnt run that far, so I started with walking and built up my pace. Ive also changed the way I breathe when I run, and that has made it so much better! You should take deep breaths and then breath out like your blowing out birthday candles!
