8 units left for this course. Im currently doing 3 classes, so I just need to pick up 5 more independant study units and I can pass the course.

If I wasn't so lazy I would have completed all the units by now lol...

Hey Ella

Just checking up on everyone. Sounds like your having a rough time of it doll. I know i can tend to get abit stressy and obsessive over points/calories/kilojoules and food in general really its hard not to sometimes when you want something badly like reaching a magic number. Plus add to it a break up and all that goes with it. I dont really know what advice i can offer, but maybe ask yourself what would harder, losing that one kilo, or accepting your body the way it is now? (which i might add from your last pics, is looking trim and taut! You can see your hard work that is for sure!) :D Try not to be too hard on yourself Ella, you have achieved so much and in the grand scheme of things, does it really matter if you dont lose that last kilo??

Well... I won't know if I lose the kilo or not cause im not weighing in - well at least for a while!

Me and a friend are starting a workout program together, we're going to run together in the mornings, and do some resistance training (which might be difficult as I dont have a gym membership).

Plan is to go like this
Monday: 4km Run & Weights (ab workout tonight)
Tuesday: 6km Run
Wednesday: 4km Run & Weights
Thursday: 6km Run
Friday: Day off
Saturday: Weights
Sunday: 6km Run

Diet:
Calorie range 1300-1600 calories (most likely the latter though, only 1300 on the off day)
Breakfast: 1/2 Cup Porridge w/ 4 x tsp Brown Sugar & Cinnamon - 265 Calories
+ a Coffee (helps with my digestion for some reason)

Lunch: EITHER
Toasted Sandwich - 338 Calories (2 x Slices Thick Bread + 2 x Slices Colby Cheese)
2 x Sushi Rolls - 340 Calories
Minestrone Soup + a Dinner roll = 282 Calories
Deli Choice Thai Chicken Roll = 380 Calories
Lamb Souvlaki = 350

Dinner: 400-500 calories
Grilled Meat (george foreman) with vegetables. Minimal carbs. Lots of protein.

Snacks: Around 400 calories
Babybel light Cheese = 51 Calories
Forme Classic Cheesecake Yoghurt = 72 Calories
Tuna, Cream Cheese & Crispbread (4) = 251 Calories
50g Pitos Chips = 173 Calories
ETC.
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

7:30pm: TBA (Will be 400-500 calories)

Stuck to my plan today!
Although I did have a lindt ball, but I factored that into my day.
Hovering at around 1500 calories which is good.

Tomorrow's Plan
Pre-Breakfast: 6km Run
Breakfast: Porridge w/ Brown Sugar & 1/4 Cup Milk
Lunch: Indian Butter Chicken Curry + 2 Papadams
Dinner: TBA (Around 400cal)
Snacks: 200g FORME yoghurt, 1 x Apple, 30g Cashews (20 medium)

Calories: Approx 1500
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

So not a GREAT day

Went on a 20 minute walk

Breakfast: Rolled Oats with Cinnamon & Brown Sugar
Lunch: Toasted Ham & Cheese Sandwich
Snack: Munchable Bar, Yoghurt
Dinner: Whatever mum makes

Exercise: 6km Run/Walk tonight
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

it's a good thing you were able to take mini steps and was able to achieve your mini goals. That would be a great motivation to strive harder.
