Hi everyone, I'm back YET again!
Haven't been posting in a long time (have still been reading though) and have been very caught up in my uni studies etc, and have managed to put on a bit of weight. Weight now back up to around 55.7kg (and fairly flabby with that, no muscle gain there unfortunately), due to almost non-stop overeating for the last couple of months, and lots of convenience food.
So last night I worked out a plan of attack - went shopping and bought enough ingredients to make up 4 different batches of meals (vegetable slice, tofu tuscan stirfry, moussaka, tuna bake) and will be freezing them so I don't need to rely on processed food when I'm too tired to cook.
So here goes......
Lets see how I go this time!!
Plan for today:
BF: all-bran with full cream milk, 2tsp sugar, coffee.
MT: bunch of grapes.
L: vegetable slice. Diet coke
AT: apple.
Dinner: tofu stirfry. Diet coke
Supper: 2 crackers and cheese, tea.
Exercise: swimming, walking
