well eating has been pretty much terrible... waaaaay too much chocolate and just naughty food in general! oh and winter comfort food. lots of casseroles! i made a really nice chicken, bacon and mushroom casserole the other night, it turned out really well i was surprised! i winged it a little too hehe. first time i cooked for the boy and he was really impressed
i also made heart shaped choc-covered shortbread too, he loved them

going to start getting back into the exericse - D is doing it too and it's making me feel bad! he really doesnt need to he is the most gorgeous thing ever! but i am being supprotive though
lol. i need to get back into it, feel better about myself and have a sexy bod - i want to look AMAZING for my 21st in november! and also my 'besties' bday at the start of sept. gotta look hot! and i'd love to just move some of this fat and tone up! i am going to go to a class on tues - i'll get my ass kicked cos the trainer who actually is the demonstrator told me to go aaaages ago - had uni and stuff but also haven't been to the gym in sooooo long im so ashamed! maybe it will be the kick up the ass i need. i might see if i can get him to be my PT for a session or 2, i need a kick start, i dont know what i'm doing!!
