You have a couple of drinks with your boyfriend, thats pretty good..I tend to have a few more than that on a Saturday night treat. After 2.5 glasses of wine Id say Id have another 3 vodkas with sugar free mixers after that.. I may have to completely cut back on some Saturdays leading towards my trip just to see what happens.
Are you finding it hard to get to around 65kgs? our bodies will definitely start to take some good shape at that point.

lol yes i've been 60kgs before - i look great at that weight. Always yoyoing up and down with these 10kgs. This time i'm going to do it for the last time! No more dieting, lifestyle change so i can maintain at 60kgs for more than a couple of months.
this weekend gone we drank 2 bottles of white wine while cooking up an indian feast (took 3 hours), while eating dinner and then sitting outside listening to michael buble. the bf wanted to move on to redbull & vodka i resisted just lol.
i just read on someone elses post about vodka & diet drinks being 72 cals if you have a max of 2-3 per weekend & factor it in ur cals it won't do any harm.
I'm finding it hard to get to 69. i've been hoovering @ 70 for close to a month. going to kick it up a notch with more exercise & see if that helps. i can't wait 2 be at lower end of the 60's

My regime I only started about 4-5 weeks ago like really strictly and only then did my 3.5kgs started to shift. Before then I wasnt as strict, i worked out less about 4-5 days and was really struggling to see any results. I just made everything a lot more strict and thats when it started to happen for me and I realise I need to do this and keep it up to get any results.
Ok I'll keep it in mind that drinking a little once a week aint that bad when burning to many calories anyway. Good on you for resisting drinking more with your bf heheh!
