Ate too many bread rolls on the weekend, so I was weighing in 1kg heavier yesterday, but that's been taken care of with lots of fruit and veg, and I'm back to 64.8kg this morning, pre-potty. Yay! No damage done.

Went for my usual 6km walk yesterday, even though my hamstring is giving me a bit of grief. Can't go today, as the weather is not being kind - 14 degrees and raining - bloody Ballarat! Oh well, I did the housework this morning instead and am currently relaxing in a nice, clean, tidy house.

Now I only have to feed myself, lol, and sort out dinner. I'm thinking a vego cottage style pie with lentils and a crunchy potato topping, rather than mash...

Hope everyone is having a good day! 8)

Thanks, Starr! Most of it is thanks to Calorie King, which basically entails sensible eating and exercise. I've never had to go hungry.

Thanks, Wannabeslim! :)

Well, had my Fiancee's little brother's wedding on the weekend. Was pretty naughty, but it was a special occassion, so I'm not really bothered. Holding onto 1.2kg of fluid at the moment, but I know it'll be gone in a couple of days if I behave myself.

Supposed to be 35 degrees tomorrow, so I shall have to get my walk out of the way nice and early.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. :D

Hey Fi! My week is going pretty well, how about yourself?

Food has been good, apart from the sodium in the Nando's I had for Tea last night... , but I figured with the heat, I'm not going to drop any fluid anyway, the main thing is I'm keeping the calories in check.

Have to work on Saturday, not happy Jan! OH and I haven't had a whole weekend to ourselves for ages, and this was going to be it! Grrrrr!

Oh, well, it could be worse.
