I just wish I didn't have a permanently swollen left ankle. It hasn't been the same since the break, I don't think it ever will be. I'm going to have to learn how to live with one cankle bigger than the other. I know it could be worse, but still!

I am new here and I have been reading some of your posts. Wow!! Congratulations!! And thank you for being an inspiration. I am currently 110kgs which, as far as I can tell was your starting weight. Hopefully I can do as you have and shift these kilos before they totally ruin my life. Can I ask whether you have followed a particular plan? And how have you stuck to it for so long?
