I'm going really well, Fi. :D How about yourself?

I'm back into the healthy eating and exercise and my Fiancee is joining me, which make things a lot easier - a lot less temptation to contend with!

It was our 4th anniversary yesterday, so we went out for dinner and did I have an entree and dessert, but I didn't binge and ate healthily for the rest of the day (even managed to resist the choccy biccies at work!), so I am proud of myself! We are going away for the weekend, in a couple of weeks, so I want to feel as good as I possibly can for that.

Hope everyone is well. :D

Great to hear babe! I think sometimes those small achievements of not over-eating in social situations, or having one chockie and resisting the rest, are almost as good as the loss on the scales!
Where r u headed for ur weekend away? xx

We're thinking of Echuca, for something different. There's supposed to be good food, and some nice walking tracks. Should be resonably warm there, well, anywhere will be warmer than Ballarat!

Well, we're back from our little getaway - and boy did we eat a lot! It made us feel like crap, so we're going to be good for a while...

I got the Fiancee to hide the scales, so I don't weight myself 20 times a day and torture myself! In fact, he's not letting me bring them out until the 1st of December - this should be interesting!

I am cutting out nasty foods completely for a while, if I'm not 'allowed' to eat it or have it in the house, I won't! I'm looking to only eat highly nutritious food and look after my health first and foremost!

This post has nothing to do with weight loss...

We're getting a kitten! A little 12 w/o Burmese boy, and we get to pick him up in around two hours. Cannot wait! He is so adorable!

Burmese are so special! They are the most beautiful, friendly and fun-loving furkids!

Well, here he is:

Image

His name is Darcy, which we feel is appropriate, seeing as Darcy means 'dark' in Gaelic, and little Darcy is a Brown Burmese, so he will grow up to be a very dark chocolate brown colour.

He adores his big Lilac Burmese brother, Shadow. And I think Shadow likes him, too. They already groom each other and snuggle up together, not to mention play! They are both so cute!

Darcy is beautiful! You are really lucky that the two cats like each other, cats can be very full of nonsense regarding a new cat joining he family.

My fur child wants to chase your fur child.... Somehow I don't think Darcy would like Nelson very much.
He is very handsome though.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Life is great! I've been accepted for the course I applied for, so I'll be a student next year. :D Getting rather excited about it all!

The little pussy cat is doing very well! He settled in really quickly, his big brother has taken to him and they are pretty much inseperable. They are so adorable together!

The health kick is has been going well, apart from pizza and chocolate last night! It was a big weekend.

How are you travelling?

Welcome back Czarina!

I found your previous weightloss journey really inspiring and I'm sure that you can get your weight back down again. Trust me, I know EXACTLY how you feel at the moment. This whole weightloss thing is a frustrating process. I thought I had mine under control, but the moment I stopped posting here, I was less accountable and stacked the weight back on again. Best of luck to you this time :) Let's motivate each other and we'll hopefully be at our goals in the not too distant future!
