
I'm back into the healthy eating and exercise and my Fiancee is joining me, which make things a lot easier - a lot less temptation to contend with!
It was our 4th anniversary yesterday, so we went out for dinner and did I have an entree and dessert, but I didn't binge and ate healthily for the rest of the day (even managed to resist the choccy biccies at work!), so I am proud of myself! We are going away for the weekend, in a couple of weeks, so I want to feel as good as I possibly can for that.
