Well im proud to say im on the right track now i do get a bit of stuff ups but i tend to bounce back quickly which is great, my weigh-ins have changed till monday now so tomorrow will be my weigh in fingers crossed i do ok had a bit of a big dinner yesterday so i hopeit doesnt stuff me up. My weight loss has been slow but steady but im happy as long as there is a loss at the end of the week im satisfied im in no big hurry to lose it i think the slower the better that way in the future i can maintain ti keep it off !!
Well i hope i do well 2moro fingers crossed ive worked my butt off today to work off what i ate yesterday so we'll see how it goes.
So far my workouts have been like this
Monday: 40 min treadmill/power walking uphill lower body training 10 min
Tuesday: 40 min treadmill/power walking uphill Upper body training 10 min
Wednesday: 40 min interval program treadmill/2 min walk-2 min run
Thursday: Tae Bo 50 min advanced workout
Friday: Tae Bo 50 min advanced workout
Sometimes i alternate the days where i workout on the weekend and if i can fit an extra day in i usually do and i always add in my stomach crunches right now im up to 70 crunches aiming for 100 hundred started off at 30 so for me thats an achievement, then after that we'll work our way up.
My diet is good i follow CK so that has been a big help but there is usually a day or two where i allow myself some treats
