I'm new here, and I'd like to get back on track with my weight. Last November I weighed 50 kilos, however now I weigh almost 54 Kilos (53.7 today). I am going to try to include some exercise every day, and cut down on treats like fast food, and all those sweets I like to have with coffee. At the moment I am pulling on pants that fitted me last year that now no longer fit, and this tells me I need to make some changes. I am only 18, so I don't want my weight to keep creeping up. If anyone has some tips for shifting these kilos, I would be grateful.
