My new goal

Postby fi_112 » Sun Jun 07, 2009 3:13 pm

Hi guys,
Í'm close to the end of my journey. My final aim is to fit into my size 10 jeans with no love handles.
I'm going to the UK for two weeks next week and HOPING that I'll be able to continue losing weight - it will be a true test to see once and for all if I have really dealt with my eating issues and changed my lifestyle.
Exercise has been my main method of weight loss, as I do treat myself every now and then. I exercise almost every day and have managed to become very fit.
I am going to attach piccies of me in my jeans below... in about three or four weeks I hope to post piccies with no overhang!!!! :) And then I'll be moving on to maintenance stage...another huge task altogether from what I hear.
Thanks for reading, wish me luck :)

Thank u longy :)
i find it easy to lose weight off my tummy but around my hips and back flubber it's soo hard!!! Which is weird because they say if you hav ab muscles showing you should have a low body fat percentage... Guess everyone is just different though, and u always want what you don't have!!!

Nope, sorry not tips, I have them too :P .

I always think women look better with curves rather than straight up and down anyway. I have never gone for the toned, muscly thing myself, no offence to those that do but it just isn't me  8) .

I agree, there's an instructor at my gym and she's super muscly, sooo much definition, 8-pack abs, and not a skeric of fat on her, and I always want to feed her!!! haha but each to their own

just mix up your training fi, make sure you aren't doing the same thing day in day out. Try incorporate some cardio after any strength training - atleast 30 mins. You burn a lot of fat at that stage.

I have definition in my abs too but i don't think i have a low fat percentage  :) i wish! Whereas, i don't want 'no curves' i just want less body fat, i.e. firmer curves if that makes sense? hehe
Goal: 65-67 kg <-------Ultimate Goal:
For now? No weighing for a few weeks...

Exactly ! I luuuuuurv curves, a nice shape body with no jiggly bits is a perfect bod every time.

PS you look superb in your jeans!! keep up the great work.
Current weight: 64.2kgs
Goal weight: 60kgs

Ok so my Sydney trip is over and I've reached 64.2kgs - my next weigh in is in 2 weeks time so that whatever damage I did in Sydney will be done and dusted! I would love to lose 4.2kgs by Xmas time and I guess thats where my new goal begins :)

Thank u MM!
Speaking of no jiggly bits, I read in a fitness mag that to see how much body fat you have just jump up and down in front of the middle (back and front) and whatever jiggles is excess... this is quite a scary experience hahaha!!!
