i am starting this topic to inspire myself to reach my weight loss goal. i am not trying to loose weight for health reasons, however i love the feeling of being fit. I am trying to loose weight to get that body i know i can have if i exercise and eat well. i have so much confidence when i know i am eating and exercising well. I dont have any psych problems that i have to deal with its just LAZYNESS!
Im also aiming to include more fruits, veges and whole foods in my diet.
So i am giving myself 2 months (60 DAYS) to acheive my goal. (may go longer but i am not sure of how much weight i actually want to loose.)
