wannabeslim's 5-10kg to go

Postby wannabeslim » Mon Jul 27, 2009 2:40 pm

hi all, hope everyone is doing well and acheiving their goals.

i am starting this topic to inspire myself to reach my weight loss goal. i am not trying to loose weight for health reasons, however i love the feeling of being fit. I am trying to loose weight to get that body i know i can have if i exercise and eat well. i have so much confidence when i know i am eating and exercising well. I dont have any psych problems that i have to deal with its just LAZYNESS!

Im also aiming to include more fruits, veges and whole foods in my diet.

So i am giving myself 2 months (60 DAYS) to acheive my goal. (may go longer but i am not sure of how much weight i actually want to loose.)

DAY 1
Exercise: Spin Class
Breakfast: Special K
Morning Tea: Coffee
Lunch:
Afternoon Tea:
Dinner:

wish me luck! :D
2010 goal: get to 56-8kg and keep fit & healthy!

Hey there,
Good luck with your next two months!! Eat well enough and exercise enough and there is nothing left for your body to do other than trim down!

Keep posting updates as you go along and we'll be here for support!

Cheers

Ok so my Sydney trip is over and I've reached 64.2kgs - my next weigh in is in 2 weeks time so that whatever damage I did in Sydney will be done and dusted! I would love to lose 4.2kgs by Xmas time and I guess thats where my new goal begins :)

Exactly.

I've dropped a bit of stamina in the last month unfortunately... My weight is always going up and down a few kilos which is annoying and I can feel on my clothes. I WANT TO do better and get there, I just need to do it once and for all and be happy with achieving my goal...I would love that feeling!! I wont stop until I get there i have to...

Keep it up and we'll see what happens in the next coming week/s.

I have around 6kgs to go which isnt a lot I know but I just need to find the strength to get there soon because it feels like this is dragging on forever when it can happen in a few months time.. I need knuckle down big time.

Good luck, WBS. I'm sure you'll get a good result with all the exercise you've been doing, and the healthy food you've been eating!
