yeah its a hard cycle to stop. especially when you think, oh well ive screwed up, the day is ruined, so im going to eat more!
any way i did great yesterday:
Breakfast: Special K
Lunch: pumkin soup, 1 peice of multigrain bread, no butter
Afternoon Tea: orange, 1 peice of multigrain bread with marg & vegemite
Exercise: 4km run
Dinner: fish, pasta with a napolitina and veges
