NIce work on the weigh in, keep up the good diet and work and cross fingers at LEAST 1 kg next week :)

Current weight: 64.2kgs
Goal weight: 60kgs

Ok so my Sydney trip is over and I've reached 64.2kgs - my next weigh in is in 2 weeks time so that whatever damage I did in Sydney will be done and dusted! I would love to lose 4.2kgs by Xmas time and I guess thats where my new goal begins :)

yeah will just take it week to week.
im enjoying the exercise. just not waking up early!

ok yesterday was terrible. binged on everything then threw it all up.
thats all im going to say about yesterday. its in the past now and i wont be doing it again. especially if i want to complete my challenges.
i did do 45min of indoor netball last night however. its mixed so its so very fast.
2010 goal: get to 56-8kg and keep fit & healthy!

Oh my god woman thats terrible!! What did you binge on that was so bad? its not worth putting yourself through that :(

best to work it off whatever you treat yourself on, you just got to keep going and work harder, thats the best way.

i realised after that how much better the high is from exercising and eating well then stuffing myself full of food. just got to keep that in mind! doing well today. will go for a run after work

everything, lollies, pasta, chips, i forget. how bad is that!
oh well its not today. i have to remind myself of my goals and put it behind me

Ok so a variety, its one day you can completely forget!
I've had binges over 3, 4 and 5 days and I aint going back to that, I NEED to reach my goal.

Hang in there and talk to us when need be!

yeah its a hard cycle to stop. especially when you think, oh well ive screwed up, the day is ruined, so im going to eat more!
STUPID

any way i did great yesterday:
DAY 9
Breakfast: Special K
Lunch: pumkin soup, 1 peice of multigrain bread, no butter
Afternoon Tea: orange, 1 peice of multigrain bread with marg & vegemite
Exercise: 4km run
Dinner: fish, pasta with a napolitina and veges

yeah much better! i really do enjoy heathly foods and exercising! the benifits far outway eating crap and feeling censored!

Good, Im glad youre doing better :) .
You really can tell the difference when you have eaten well and when you havent. I find even after one meal out or a one off takeaway that I cant wait to get back to my normal healthy food.

DAY 10
Breakfast: Special K + 3 strawberries (trying to get more fruit in my diet)
Lunch: a tuna, tomato, mushroom & light cheese toastie in multigrain wholemeal bread
Exercise: 10min full body weights, no cardio it was raining! (so no excuse tomorrow!)
Dinner: chicken stirfry with hokkien noodles
2010 goal: get to 56-8kg and keep fit & healthy!

had a great night last night! drank alot though, but i really dont care. will go for a run today.
