Just a quick update.Things are good, eating well and exercising continuously, 5-6 days per week. With my eating i'm allowing 1500 calories, as long as i do some exercise, creating my cal deficit with the exercise.

Today:
Breakfast: weetbix, 1/2c skim soy, 1t honey, 1 piece wholemeal grain bread with vegemite
Lunch: wholemeal sandwich, avocado and chicken and salad
Snack: two corn thins, light cheese and cashew spread
Snack: protein crisps or protein shake (after the gym)
Dinner: Not sure yet (around 400 calories)

i feel a lot better of late. Haven't been posting much because i don't have anything much to post! Hope you all are well,

xx

thanks fi :D and Czar :) you just have to do it. I am doing bootcamp because i needed something to force me to exercise. as soon as i got back into the swing of it, i remembered how much i love exercise. Its nice waking up early and getting it out of the way. I'm trying to concentrate on Fi's mantras - i'm glad i'm not the only one who has made it back up to 78kilos and back down again. It's all a process, i'm learning what works for me. Definately no drastic cutting of calories, working at creating a deficit with my exercise. Will reevaluate when things slow down.

its funny my bloted tummy has gone down straight away. Only one week and i already feel almost back to normal. My pt said its because i used to exercise so much, that my body is remembering it. Hopefully i'll shake off these extra kilos and go for gold :) next week is that time so i'm not expecting on losing much weight inbetween now and then. But its nice to feel good :)

Breakfast: 1 slice toast with honey, 1 protein shake
Snack: small soy cap
Lunch: ham, cheese, salad, avocado sandwich on wholemeal bread
Snack: apple, small 20g pack sakata rice crackers
Dinner: shepperds pie
Total cals: 1372 (about 100 under, i might have yoghurt or something after dinner)
Exercise: bootcamp 1 hour

Yeah, I have to just do it! I need to get myself some new shoes before I can get back into my exercise, which probably won't be for a week or two, as money is going to be tight, we have a few big expenses coming up...

I had a bad food night, last night...I will get back on track today.

On the upside that will be it for me until Christmas Day so Im not really that bothered by it.

yeah i get stuck between do i eat LESS calories during the day or do i eat MORE so that i don't pig out? I think i need to make some low cal soup to fill up on before i go out for dinner. I need to do something because i seem to always have dinners on :( i find i generally eat about 1000 calories through the day and generally have about 500 left at dinner time. Its so hard to work it all out. I'll have to maybe try fill up on low cal filling foods like high fibre, soups etc through the day.

Today:

Breakfast, 1 slice toast with philly and vegemite, 1 protein shake
Snack: low cal yoghurt
Lunch: Ham, avcado and salad on a brown/grain roll with low fat cheese
Snack: Cheese and crackers
Dinner: Not sure (my mum's been cooking healthy so i haven't had to cook much :) with a low cal skinny cow ice cream (i stocked up to stave off the temptation)

You have a good week too lovey, enjoy juniors party :)

Oats are always a great low cal filler as is a poached egg on toast.

I've been trying to find the balance the last week or so, last Saturday threw me out big time but I'm on top of it for tomorrow night so fingers crossed there wont be any damage  .

If you really think that by not eating much during the day it will make you eat more later then I think it best to eat a little more during the day. Personally I love have cals left at the end of the night for something to munch while watching tv, probably not a great habit but it works for me. At least I dont go to bed on an empty belly.

Your food looks great, particularly the sandwich, I love my sandwiches :D .

Thanks for your wishes Im sure we'll have a ball tomorrow night :) .

Have a great one :) .
