Hi everyone, my name is Verna. I'm at a point in my life where I can not move forward

I know I'm not fat but I am slightly overweight according to my height and I guess everyone has a point in their weight that they are comfortable with. I have 5-10 kilo's to lose. I'm thinking 10 is too much but I'll put it as a goal so even if I get halfway I'll be cheering. I exercise regularly, I'll admit I didn't always but then I decided hey I gotta do something bout this before it gets worse. I don't eat much and not a big junk food fan but maybe I can do better with my eating habits. Help me has anyone ever been in this situation and if so what have you done about it.. Please help this will be greatly appreciated....
