JB's Weight Loss Mission

Hi all,
I'm new member to this forum. I've been reading your progress post and decided it is a good idea to keep a progress record of my weight loss journey. My mission is to lose 9kgs before my wedding in January.

I've joined the gym and gotten myself a trainer. He's written a program for me that is supposed to strip the fat, basically getting me to eat 6 small meals every 3 hrs consisting of protein and good clean carbs i.e. unprocessed food. For 6 weeks I am not allowed dairy or fruit beacuse they contain simple carbs. So starting tomorrow (Saturday 3rd of Oct) i'm starting my program.

6 weeks in phase 1. wish me luck.

I been sick these last couple of days and I've been comfort eating :( My stomach is so bloated. I just feel so bloated - not good. Tomorrow is a new day and even though I may still feel sicky I will be eating good healthy nutritious foods.

3 months and 3 weeks till my wedding I need to look great. My short term goal is to lose 5 kilos for my engagement photos in november - I can do this!!

My challenge today is to drink 2 litres of water and not snack on junk food.

good one JB! water is great for weight loss!! Plus it will help with the bloating from the junk :)

my challenge for today is to not binge after/before dinner! :shock:
