I'm new member to this forum. I've been reading your progress post and decided it is a good idea to keep a progress record of my weight loss journey. My mission is to lose 9kgs before my wedding in January.
I've joined the gym and gotten myself a trainer. He's written a program for me that is supposed to strip the fat, basically getting me to eat 6 small meals every 3 hrs consisting of protein and good clean carbs i.e. unprocessed food. For 6 weeks I am not allowed dairy or fruit beacuse they contain simple carbs. So starting tomorrow (Saturday 3rd of Oct) i'm starting my program.
6 weeks in phase 1. wish me luck.
