I'm doing well thanks, and it looks like you are too! It's a great feeling when exercise starts to feel easier. When I first started walking, I felt like I was going to die the first time, and it made me not want to do it the next day. Then I thought 'it will NEVER be harder than this if you keep working at it', so that thought kind of motivated me. Now that walk feels like nothing, and I've even jogged some of it. Still working on the running part .... lol.

Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow! I hope you get the results you want, but even if you don't, it looks like you've had a great week so you should be proud of that regardless of what the scales say :) I know what you mean about being on this site, I think it just helps to keep you accountable to yourself.

i know im probably censored about nothing but i tried some clothes and bras on today and it all made me look fat!
bloody hell!!!
well instead of stewing on this, or possibly binging like i used to, im going to channel this into my weight loss efforts.
i cant wait to be my target weight. so far - undecided, but probably 55-58kg. i will see what looks good on me.
i also want to keep exercise as something i do week daily and enjoy.
sick of being CURVY!! isnt that just another word for fat anyway?!!!
hope i didnt offend any one.

hey wbs... im not offended however with you at 64kgs (which some people would DREAM of being) and well within your healthy weight range i think some other people within the forum may be...my partner tells me he loves my "curviness" and i dont think you want people second guessing themselves! Just a thought... oh and curvy doesnt = fat in my opinion in case anyone is reading this doubting themselves!! I reckon Scarlett Johanssen is curvy and man she is like super babe!!

Dear all members of the forum:
i do feel bad about saying curvy=fat. I was having one of those days were i was so annoyed at everything that i blurted some crap out!
regarding why i said curvy=fat - i have grown up where people call overweight people "curvy" to avoid calling them overweight. so when people called me curvy i instinctivley think they are calling me overweight.
i dont think of myself as overweight or anything, but i find that my body could be so much sexier if i toned up.
i look in the mirror and i see that my body isnt toned, its just soft looking. not large, but no visible tone. especially around my tummy, hips, thighs and arms.

too all those people in this forum who were offended, im sorry, curvy is beautiful!
thanks for your response court. i think i would have forgotten what i said and in turn offended people if you didnt call my attention to it so i could apologise.
i am sending out lots of love and support to everyone in this forum.
