AT: small peice of chocolate covered honeycomb
E: 5km/25min run & full body weights
D: sizzling beef stirfry
I was really happy with my run, did it alot faster and it felt easier. quite enjoyed it! i dont even care that i had the chocolate, it was yummy! it also didnt push me over my calorie limit either
omg weigh in tomorrow! NERVOUS! i will go for a 6km run, do my weights there at the park, then come home and do my pilates, then weight myself! Then have a huge drink of water!!!
