thanks for clarifying WBS! :) That is completely understandable now! I cant wait to get all toned up either! But man i love my curves :lol: :D

yeah totally, bad days are rough!!
cant wait to be toned and super fit!
not really fussed about weight, but that is all part and parcel of it.
i just want to look good so i wont worry about how i look in clothes, or my bikini!!!

ok im happy that i am getting fitter, but i wish my clothes were getting looser!!
i will be eating salads all week and promise to not go overboard on the weekend.
today i will go for my run, do some hill sprints and then my weights. Need to get some decent cardio in. tomorrow i will go for a half hour power walk and do my pilates.

E: 30min run, full body weights
D: chicken stirfry, 1 chocolate

10/10 day, very happy! looking forward to really toning up. got to get rid of the fat on top first!! haha

my aim for today is to do a 30min run, 25 min of pilates & full body weights.
i saw Miranda Kerr on the news this morning, i didnt compare myself to her, (that would be stupid) instead i got some great modivation.
ive read alot about her and i love the fact that she is devoted to healthy eating and exercise. not smoking and avoiding food!!
i am inspired to be more like her. my health and fitness is my top priority now, and looking good comes a VERY close second! hehe :D

AT: pear & small piece of shortbread (damn offices around christmas time!)
E: 30min 5km run
D: lemon & pepper baked fish & veges (no batter on fish), 2 small chocolates

ok i have decided im going to leave the pilates untill the new year.
otherwise i did great yesterday. did my 5km run in 27min. gotta be happy with that! pushed myself really hard. my goal is to get down to 1km every 5min.
it seems that if i eat 90% good food all day, then have a couple of treats, it doesnt counteract the good things i have been doing and i still loose weight. its not like id eat good all day then have kfc chips. id just have a small chocolate. something small and i sit there and enjoy it. not stuff it down my throat like i used to when i would binge!
im sooo glad i dont binge anymore or have cravings to. i think i have this forum and accepting myself to thank.
so thanks all for your inspirational quotes and encouragement!

D: chill con carne

so proud of myself that i didnt go overboard with the chilli con carne! i always do cause it tastes so good, but this time i had a small portion and ate slowly till i was full. i think im getting a hang of this slow eating. besides when i was finished i wasnt fussed that i couldnt have more. i said to myself, yeah i would like some, but i would feel better and less bloated if i stopped now. :D

weekend was pretty good, had some choocie last night. had a little more than i should but oh well! didnt go for a run on sunday its was really hot and i didnt end up getting any time.
will get back into it this week.
week plan as follows:
MON: 30min run & full body weights
TUES: 20min hill sprints
WED: 30min run & full body weights
THURS: 20min hill sprints & 30min walk
FRI: (Christmas) no exercise...eat well!
SAT: 30min walk, full body weights
SUN: 30min walk

all the while i must eat well and drink enough water/green tea!

Your exercise plan looks great. How exciting that you were asked to be a brisedmaid! :) That is def some good motivation.

I am also the same as you when it comes to weighing myself, it really stresses me out when the number changes so much from day to day.

i probably shouldnt have had the bread but i was just so hungry and after my run on sat i wanted to make sure im keeping up my fluids and food intake so i can stay healthy.

I hate when people say your not fat your just big boned! It is actually still very frustrating when you are in a healthy weight range and people say you are curvy or big boned. Well that is just my opinion. I think your idea of have a set minutes of exercise you have to complete in a certain time is great. I a dream last night that some one said that they loved me because i'm curving at that still made me upset when I woke up :roll:
