my aim for today is to do a 30min run, 25 min of pilates & full body weights.
i saw Miranda Kerr on the news this morning, i didnt compare myself to her, (that would be stupid) instead i got some great modivation.
ive read alot about her and i love the fact that she is devoted to healthy eating and exercise. not smoking and avoiding food!!
i am inspired to be more like her. my health and fitness is my top priority now, and looking good comes a VERY close second! hehe
2010 goal: get to 56-8kg and keep fit & healthy!
