yeah i wish curvy ment what it should mean. it shouldnt be used so widley as another term for fat! no wonder why so many women want to be bean poles. they are so worried about being called fat!

Monday 22 Dec 09
E: 2 sets of 6 hill sprints with 2 laps of the oval
B: yogurt with meuslie
MT: pear
L: sushi
D: TACOS! (i love tacos!!!) & 2 lindt balls! naughty! :lol:

probably shouldnt have had two tacos & two lindt balls, but im not going to beat myself up about it. losing weight is a long process and im not going to look super fab and fit overnight! mmmm TACOS & lindt balls! lindt balls quite literally taste like heaven!!!
2010 goal: get to 56-8kg and keep fit & healthy!

Wednesday 23 December 09
E: 5km run & full body weights
B: yogurt with meuslie
MT: pear
L: atalantic salmon, mashed potato & veges
D: chicken stirfry, 2 lindt balls.

I shouldnt have had two lidnt balls again so i am not going to have any tonight (thursday) i am also going to eat very healthily today, drink lots of water and NO goodies!

B: yogurt with meuslie

L: chicken teriyaki sushi
AT: yogurt
D: small amount of KFC (see below)

ok so i went to a friends house for dinner yesterday and i didnt know that they werent cooking, they were just getting KFC so i didnt really have any choice. i only ate a little. didnt really enjoy it. the chippies were nice tho. later on that night i threw up anyway. my stomach must have been really offended! :D
im not stressing over it, but i wouldnt have KFC again. its too much grease. Especially when ive been eating so well. my body cant take it.

D: spinach & ricotta canelloni, 3 glasses of wine

great spinach and ricotta canelloni! yum yum. gotta love sushi as well!

i know this part of the forum is called "almost there" but ive been "almost there" for sooooo long now! they should name it "the last stretch that is suprisingly long and painful!" hahaha
but that wouldnt be very modivating or catchy!
